Welcome to the Housing Authority of Jefferson Parish Procurement Division. The primary mission of the HAJP Procurement Division is to provide for the fair and equitable treatment of all persons or firms involved in the HAJP procurement process: assure that materials and services (professional and construction services) are procured efficiently, effectively, and at the most favorable prices; promote competition, provide safeguards for maintaining a system of quality and integrity; and assure that all HAJP purchased are in full compliance with applicable Federal, state and local laws and regulations.
